Client, Sub-Contractor and Supplier Privacy Notice

At Bluestone Planning Partnership LLP we take your privacy seriously and will only hold and use your personal information in the administration of our contractual relationship with you, and in performing our professional duties on your behalf as a valued client.

Having reviewed our processes and the professional duties we undertake, we have concluded that it would not be possible for Bluestone Planning Partnership LLP to administer our contractual relationship with you or carry out our professional duties without holding and processing your personal data.

 

In practice the way we may hold and process your personal data may take the form of providing your name, address and contact details as part of planning application and appeal documentation, development plan representations and related professional activities, including communication with you (in all forms) in the process of performing those duties.  It may also include retaining your personal details in the administration of our contracted work for you to enable us to invoice you, provide fee agreements and communicate with you (in all forms) in the process of administering our contractual relationship with you.

 

We are legally obliged to process all personal data lawfully, fairly and in a transparent

manner.

 

You have the right to erase personal data which has been processed unlawfully, and you have the right to object to processing of your data for the purposes of direct marketing, whatever lawful basis applies.

 

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Health and Safety Policy

 

Bluestone Planning recognises and accepts its legal responsibilities placed on it as an ‘employer’ by the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 for the health, safety and welfare of its employees and the health and safety of any other person who may be affected by its activities. The provision of a healthy, safe working environment, and the conduct of risk assessments to preserve that environment, is the responsibility of the Executive Partners. The Executive Partners are also responsible for health & safety whilst employees are working away from Partnership premises.

The Executive partners are the principal officers of the Partnership and hold overall responsibility for its day to day administration, including health and safety. The partners consider the health, safety and welfare of staff and visitors to be of paramount importance.

Through the implementation of the Health & safety Policy the executive partners are committed to achieving the following objectives.
