Bluestone are really pleased to see the finished result of a prior approval we secured for a barn conversion to residential, at this site in Salcott, Colchester.
The additional car port was secured through an application for householder planning permission, and we helped the applicant submit and discharge some related pre commencement archaeological planning conditions in the process.
The finished conversion has been carried out sympathetically with great craftsmanship and is currently listed for sale
