Housing Delivery Test and Impact on Supply

A Ministerial Statement was published last week to provide an update on the 2021 Housing Delivery Test measurement data. For the year 2020-21 there will be a four month adjustment to the housing figures, with the months April to July 2020 no longer being taken into consideration.

This will likely have a significant impact on a number of Local Planning Authorities, particularly those who are close to being unable to, or cannot, demonstrate a 5 year housing land supply.
